Hey guys! I filmed this tutorial almost 6 months ago and for one reason or another I forgot to post it on my blog. Anyway! I drew inspiration for this look from Hilary's look at the IHeartRadio Festival last summer. It's a pretty simple look with an orange-red lip color. I hope you enjoy!
